Independent · not SAM.gov
We explain the free form. We do not file it for you.
Updated September 2026

We are not the U.S. government, not GSA, and not SAM.gov. We say that on every page because this topic is full of sites that blur it.
Why “zero”
The product is the price. Registration costs $0. Renewal costs $0. A UEI is not for sale. That is the $0 fact, and it is why the domain exists.
How we write
Against public SAM.gov, FSD.gov, and FAR text. When a dollar figure or date can move, we say so and point at the official source. We would rather leave a number blank than print a confident wrong one — see the simplified acquisition threshold page.
How the site pays for itself
Some pages may carry marked affiliate links to formation or proposal tools. We do not charge for a government form, and we do not pretend a commission is a SAM.gov fee.
What we skip
State and city procurement, classified work, ITAR programs, and the deeper DoD tracks. This is the on-ramp: identifiers, validation, renewal, and the first-year rules a small shop actually hits.

Quick answers
- Are you a federal agency?
- No. Private site. Official registration is only at sam.gov.
- Do you file SAM.gov for me?
- No. We publish checklists and explainers.
- Why should I trust a .net?
- Do not, blindly. Open sam.gov in a fresh tab and compare. That habit is the point.
